Not surprisingly it is more time consuming to build than tamya typical monoplane tail dragger, but this is due in large part to the amount of detail in the kit. No changes were made to the cockpit, although Tom Cleaver identifies minor changes there as well.

A steady hand will be needed for the painting detail. Tamiya did a great job engineering and molding this kit, and I had a great time building it. Is this model really difficult? Swordfisg optional photoetched rigging is easy to install and fits precisely. Beautiful surface and interior detail, thoughtful engineering, good decals, optional folded wings, well-sculpted crew figures Cons: Just something to consider.

Moreover, some may have better luck installing it than I did, and if the scale doesn’t bug you then it may ttamiya a good option.

Anyway, there are no kits for this kind of modification except for one of the Acu-stion for the Tamiya XV kitso it’s not possible to get one.
