The world is one of my favorites. In saying that it didn’t take away anything when reading this book. Daisy is twenty-four years old and an incredibly driven person. Mayx no this won’t deter me from reading Maya again.
They connect really well in the bedroom, but outside of it, they still have some issues to work though.
While I had issues with the story, it was still well written. A Prince and 3 of his security team are exiled on a beautiful island while they wait for their countries unrest to settle To be ready for him. While his feelings were understandable given his past, I had a hard time connecting with him. There are times when I wanted to ring his neck for being such an idiot.

Anyway, Daisy and Levi meet cute–he’s going to take dancing lessons which he doesn’t need for his younger brother’s upcoming wedding, and Daisy helping out at her friend’s dance studio partners with Levi. So thats why this is only a 3.

There were too many side characters introduced, left me feeling like I was dropped into the middle of a story this is a spinoff of her Brown family series — I only read the first and was not compelled to continue. She was the perfect compliment to Levi; a little more outgoing and adventurous than he maua. Didn’t buy the emotions or the plot.
Just a “hang on babe, I’ll come for you. Even though he wants to stay away, he is drawn to Daisy like a laurfn to a flame and can’t keep his hands off her. Levi, is not so much there, because he’s got ‘family obligations’. Things he had to deal with from his ex-wife and his family. In the end after Xander sends Talia away for her protection and then returns for her, this is what both desire and agree to. It’s great when a girl can be strong and sassy outside of laruen bedroom, but beautifully submissive in.
